Vysocany lies in Prague 9 an eastern suburb of Prague, to the right of the Vltava River and south from Troja. Along with Liben and Karlin, this area gradually changed from agricultural farmsteads on the outskirts of the city into industrial and residential suburbs.
Getting Around:
Located approximately 5 kilometres from the city centre, you can reach the heart of Prague within 15 minutes by tram, or between 10-15 minutes by metro.
Entertainment:
Vysocany is home to a large open air music venue, just 100 metres from Kolbenova Metro station, holding up 30,000 people.
