Originally an old Mill, Es Molí, was once the residence of the family Marroig des Molí. You can still find traces of this in the hotel bar. The mill in the grounds had its own spring; today this spring feeds the swimming pool and provides a special micro climate in the gardens that, in particular, allows rare plant species to thrive there.
