This beautiful historical 4-star hotel with a modern wing is conveniently located close to the city centre, opposite the Franz-Josefs Railway Station (Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof) and near the Liechtenstein Palace. The Hotel Bellevue was built in the second half of the 19th century, in the year 1873 for the occasion of the World Exhibition. Although not situated directly on the famous Ringstrasse, the hotel was built in the classical Ringstrassen style of that period. In 1983 the hotel was generously renovated and a new wing was added.
