Xcape With Us can now offer you guaranteed lowest prices on the Web!


If you book with us and subsequently find the same accommodation at a lower price on the Internet*, we will refund the difference to you. All claims and refunds will be subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.


Terms and Conditions
We work on a 'like-for-like' basis when considering claims under the Price Match Guarantee Scheme. This means that if you book with us, then find the same accommodation/occupancy, for the same dates, on the same board basis, at a lower total price on another website, we will investigate your claim and if applicable will refund the difference to you.


When submitting a claim, you must satisfy the following:


• All valid claims must be submitted within 24 hours of booking with Xcape With Us. Please note we are unable to entertain claims for bookings made within 7 days of your arrival date.
• The claim must be made in writing, via email to the email address shown below, by the lead named person i.e. the person in whose name the booking exists.
• You must have a valid, current Xcape With Us booking reference number, which should be quoted when submitting your claim.
• We must be able to confirm that the competitor price is based on the same accommodation/occupancy, for the same dates, on the same board basis as your Xcape With Us booking.
• The competitor offer must be available to book online, and must be available with immediate confirmation. 'On Request' accommodation is excluded from the Price Match Guarantee Scheme.
• 'Non-standard' periods e.g. fairs, congresses, festivals are excluded from the Price Match Guarantee Scheme.
• The competitor accommodation must not be part of a Special Offer period and/or price during the dates you require.
• The competitor price must not have been subject to loyalty discount schemes, frequent traveller credits, or be part of a package.
• The competitor price must be offered in the same currency as for your original Xcape With Us booking.
• Xcape With Us reserve the right to refuse any claim where we are unable to verify the claim to our satisfaction, in accordance with the above points.



How do I claim?
If you believe you have a valid claim under the Scheme, please email us at sales@xcapewithus.com with the words "Price Match Request" in the subject line. You must include the following information in the body of your email:


• Xcape With Us booking reference number
• Property name and location
• Arrival date
• Competitor website
• Competitor price



We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.


Once your claim has been successfully received by us, we will review your request and respond via email as soon as possible (usually within 2 working days). If your claim is valid under the Price Match Scheme, we will refund the difference between the competitor price and the Xcape With Us. The refund will be made to the card used to make the original booking with us.


If we are unable to match the competitor price and you consequently decide to cancel your booking with us, we will honour that request without penalty.

*Offline/brochure prices cannot be considered under the XcapeWithUs.com Price Match Guarantee Scheme.
